Avo Improvisation 2022 Limited Edition Robusto Grande premium cigars. This box of 22 stocky 5.5x55 gems come in not one, but two distinct blends, White and Black. this year’s installment to an enormously popular limited series that pays tribute to Avo Uvesian, the famed Jazz composer, piano player, and cigar lover.
White is crafted with a core of Dominican long filler and binder tobaccos dressed in a top-quality Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, while Black contrasts with a dusky Ecuadorian Maduro leaf over a Mexican binder and aged Nicaraguan and Dominican long fillers. While both are medium-bodied, Black provides my palate with a rich and savory bouquet of dark chocolate, oak, nuts, leather, and dashes of pepper, while White is a tad more subdued with smooth elements of caramel, nuts, baking spice, cedar, and cream.
