The first third alternates earth, wood and nuts (mainly hazelnut).The smoke is straight forward and masculine, supported by a medium – full strength level (4/5).
In the second third, shows no changes in both the flavor profile, nor strength. The smoke is creamy and full, almost chewy.
In the last third, the nutty notes, which are now outlined in walnut, become more pronounced and moves to the front.
Overall, a smoke with a good aromatic intensity. The evolution is instead rather contained and, in such a generous size like this, it is not something that goes unnoticed. It lacks a change of pace.
