Loyalty Program - Terms of Use

TERMS OF USE

1. Introduction
Welcome to Akiki’s Cigars loyalty program ("Program"), designed to reward our valued customers for their continued patronage. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals who are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in their jurisdiction.
  • The Program is free to join and is available to customers who create an account on our platform.
  • Businesses, wholesalers, or resellers are not eligible to participate.

3. Earning Points

  • Members earn points on eligible purchases and activities as outlined in our "Ways to Earn" table.
  • Points earned from referrals or social media interactions are subject to verification.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify earning rates and eligible activities at any time.

4. Redemption of Points

  • Points can be redeemed for eligible rewards as outlined in our Program guidelines.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another member.
  • Rewards are subject to availability and may change at the Company’s discretion.

5. Membership Tiers

  • The Program features multiple tiers with exclusive benefits based on cumulative points earned.
  • Tier qualification is based on total points accrued, and benefits apply as long as the member maintains the required point threshold.
  • The Company may update tier requirements and benefits at any time.

6. Expiration & Account Termination

  • Points expire if unused for 12 months from the date of earning.
  • Accounts with fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may be suspended or terminated at the Company’s discretion.
  • Members may cancel their participation at any time by contacting customer support.

7. Program Modifications & Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of Program termination, members will have a 30-day window to redeem any remaining points.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for technical errors, system failures, or unauthorized access affecting point balances.
  • The Program is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties.
